Biology is the study of living organisms and the processes that allow life to exist. GCSE Biology explores everything from cells and organ systems to ecosystems, inheritance and the way organisms respond to their environment.
Understanding biology helps us explain our own bodies, understand disease, protect the environment and develop new medicines and technologies.
